However, there are also many things that you can work on in the privacy of your own home. We will soon be offering MP3 downloads specifically on subjects that we feel can be helped through this simple method of hypnosis. All downloads will be very reasonably priced. Here at Omni Hypnosis Training Center® of Columbia, Missouri, we are hypnosis purists. You won't be charged extra for fancy, new age sounds, or fancy web pages. We do recommend that you use these with some consistancy. In a private session change can take place quickly, as the hypnotist determines what methods are appropriate for you. When working on your own, it may take quite a few rounds of listening to achieve similar results. All individual downloads will be priced under 20.00! We recommend you save them to your desktop. From there you are welcome to burn a CD or load them on your IPOD so that you may find a comfortable place to listen, and begin making the changes you desire.
